TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refurbished:

• Deposits must be made to hold an item. Deposits can be made via Cash or Credit Card.
• Once a deposit is made the buyer has 2 weeks to arrange for delivery or pickup that item.

General Shipping:

• ETR only offers delivery within Northern New Jersey at an extra cost.
• Delivery out of state can be arranged, but the buyer is responsible for all freight costs.

New Items:

• The majority of our items are shipped the day of purchase, please allow 7 - 10 business days for regular UPS ground service
• Oversized Orders: If your order contains a larger new or refurbished item, your order will need special freight

  shipping. This includes larger units & items 150 lbs. and over.
• Freight Shipping: If your order is oversized simply place the order like you normally would, you will not see a shipping cost, however you will lock in the price for the item you have purchased. Your credit card will NOT be charged at that point. A representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss shipping options and give you a final shipping price. Once you agree to the shipping costs it is then that the order is fully processed.
